Assuming it's her [and I'm not 100%], sorry, I don't.
I was a little surprised at the condom- I've got several of her Italian titles and have never seen her in a 'safe' scene before [on second thought, possibly in a French-made job buried deep in my stash].

As to the 'granny' thing, she's certainly appeared in a few low-rent efforts, usually standing head-and-shoulders over her co-'stars' both in terms of performance and looks.
I'm not noted for my enthusiasm for any performer with grey hair [and LR has none that I've ever noticed] yet I think she's always worth a look. As to age, she's probably mid- to late-thirties [although guessing a lady's age is a difficult and occasionally dangerous game :- )) ].
