I believe the following scene-description from the above is substantially inaccurate:
"Sex acts (Maria): BJ, sex, anal, sex with strap-on; (Anna): DP (anal with Markus and pussy with strap), anal (two positions), facial (most goes on the floor), BJ clean-off."
This I would read reductively to be 'anal for Maria; strap-on DP for Anna' with minor variants possible.

The scene on my DVD copy runs just short of 34 minutes and consists entirely of Maria being dominated by the other two- she takes anal and a strap-on DP. Lara [Anna] takes no penetration whatsoever- in fact there are not even any shots of Lara naked below the waist- in the first half she's wearing a long, split skirt and in the second she's wearing a strap-on.
Am I missing something?

I thought I was done with that review... Reading it and watching the DVD, I agree with you that there is something wrong. Here are the notes from my file:

Scene 1 (Leinenzwang): Anna Michelle wearing a black and pink shirt and dress, Maria Mia wearing a black off-the-shoulder top, a black and red mini-skirt and a black necklace with leash.
Sex acts (Maria): BJ, sex, anal, sex with strap-on Anna, DP (anal with Markus and pussy with strap), anal (two positions), facial (most goes on the floor), BJ clean-off.

So you're saying that:
1) I haven't missed anything on the disc [as I have been known to do, occasionally...], and:
2) Lara [Anna]'s role is limited to providing the strap-on element of the scene?
