I don't have my copy handy so I really can't check. Rocco made a couple of movies centered on his motorcycle race track...so it's one of those...

The female in the clips appears to be Tiffany Hopkins (dark hair, circular tattoo on arm). So in all likelyhood it is the movie I mentioned (ROCCO SUPER MOTO HARD)
