... about these 'long-shots' used as the 'header' pics
on girls' pages
Take a look at Kathy Anderson's one.
Be honest; would you have recognised her from that
atypical, reduced-scale shot? Maybe at a second, harder
look, and if it was at the scale it is in the gallery,
but why not avoid the issue in the first place and use
the excellent second, instantly identifiable, gallery cap
as her headshot?
I've reproduced the [some of them offending] items here
at the sizes they up/download in, so although the first two
thumbs look identical clicking on them wlll demonstrate the
difference in scale:

When I was a lad there were none of these 'Pirelli calendar'
shots; a mugshot would be detailed enough for you to see
the girl's distinguishing marks, such as duelling-scars,
pockmarks, acne, bogeys up her nose
One should bear in mind that eyesight-defects are probably
more common in the denizens of these August Halls than in
the population at large, due [as in my case] to extreme
old age, chronic substance-abuse [yep, tick that box, too]
and the impairment in function induced by chronic morbid
masturbation [no comment], so any visual aids provided
need to be as large as possible. [In this connection I should
inform you all that my campaign for a 'Large Print' version
of the forum is going exceedingly well- donations have now
topped the ?7.50 mark, thankyou all, you know who you
are, I will provide a full report of the jumble-sale and
sponsored cheese-rolling in next month's newsletter...].
This unnatural practice must cease forthwith I shall
be writing to my MP, yea, even to the International Court
of Hyooman Rights at the Hague, I will not cease from
mental fight till we have rebuilt Jerusalem in egafd's green
and pleasant.... ah, I see Nurse is here with my medication,
and she says it's time for my nap
Thankyou for your... bow of burnished gold... attention...zzz...

Honestly, I don't think your (perfectly understandable) problem can be dealt with any medication or ... nurse! How about inciting President Alec Obama to issue some ...(new) executive order for such a delirium!!! !laugh!

I'll take any cure going- which is probably why I walk in
such an odd way.
I'd already made my feelings in the matter patently clear,
but I was prompted to this latest fit of invective when, on
another errand, I encountered the particularly striking
example of Kathy.

Re: Still banging on...
If you check the latest image updates you'll find that none of the models have a full-length shot as their default image. Since you last raised this issue we have begun replacing, where possible, full-length shots with portraits (The Kathy Anderson image you refer to was put up August last year and has now been amended). Of course, this process is dependent upon what materials are available but it is happening. Albeit, not as fast as some members would like... !wink!

Bless you, effendi, for answering my prayer; may all your
camels give milk, even the males
I will now, doubtless to universal rejoicing, shut up about this.
Right..... what else is there, that I can find to have a whinge
about

Re: Still banging on...
JJ, the linguistic accuracy calls, actually, for the use of ..."efendim" !! !teacher! Check out here:

Re: Still banging on...
I was merely referring to the need to include the final "m" (pointing out the "submissive" character of "my master"), as used in common Turkish language, and not to the (grammatical) faculty of using one or two "f"s.....!wink!

 Re: Still banging on...
I suppose it's a little like the English salutation [only rarely seen
nowadays- usually in letters to the 'Times'] "your obedient
servant", representing a deference that's falling into disuse in
our aggressively egalitarian society.

Re: Still banging on...
This is accurate, although the expression "efendim" is being used by modern Turks in a variety of circumstances, not always with such a connotation. Still a certain layer of deference-obedience is undeniable...
