I have not been able to determine whether there has been any deep discussion about this movie in this forum.
I can confirm 2 things: Barbara Neri is indeed billed as "Ellen", and Sheila is in fact the Sheila as outlined in EGAFD cast list. The billing is correct, it is just a matter of removing the question marks next to their names.
The cast credits appearing at the beginning and end of the movie are confusing. A certain "Meridian" is billed at beginning of movie, but I did not see the well-known blonde who is often referred to as Meridian, in any scene whatsoever, unless it was a name used by someone else.
The name of a certain "Sydney Lambert" is shown at the movie credits in the beginning, but I do not know who is meant by that name. Male or female?
At the end of the movie the name of "Pamela Larsen" pops up. Since the blonde and rather unattractive Pamela Stealt does appear in the very last scene, I would logically conclude "Pamela Larsen" is her.
Maria Loren does appear in a non-sex role as Franco Trentalance's girlfriend who Franco calls her "Tania" (that is the way it sounded to me, but it was difficult to make out clearly). I know in some early movies Maria Loren was been billed as "Tanita". Either Maria Loren received no billing at all either at beginning or end of the movie (due to her small non-sex role) or was either billed as "Meridian" or the mysterious and puzzling "Sydney Lambert" (which could either be a male or female).
Unfortunately I have not been able to view a large video box cover of this movie to see how cast names were shown. I can make no additional observation at this time.

A couple of preliminary comments.
The DVD I have [also available as 'Offrandes Sexuelles'] certainly
features Meridian, inter alia. I suspect we may have two different

OK, JJ, while waiting for your analysis of the version you have, I will give you a little rundown of the Italian version I saw. It runs about 81 minutes, and Franco Trentalance is a security guard for a shopping center.
He seems to be having some type of nightmares in which a dark and short haired woman (Sheila) teases him. One day he sees her shoplifting and arrests her and her female accomplice (Fabiana Ventura). He takes them back to his office and in exchange for not pressing charges he screws them both. Trentalance consults his shrink (Alex Mantegna), but he also wants a piece of the action and gets to screw Sheila in his office. Trentalance has a chat with his girlfriend (Maria Loren), and the latter tells him about his brother (Andrea Nobili) and a blonde woman (Ellen=Barbara Neri). Franco then tells her about his relationship with a blonde ((Pamela Stealt). All these stories have made Loren very randy and she tells Franco to screw her there and then and film comes to a stop (there is no sex scene involving Loren in this version)..

Ah no, my mistake....
'Offrandes Sexuelles' = 'Ricatti Sessuali'.
4WIW I guess the respective casts may have been partially
conflated in the database, as you have hinted at- but I
haven't seen 'Abusi Sessuali'.

No, it doesn't seem familiar. It's very different from the five-vignette
'Ricatti Sessuali' [see my 15:01 post].
Sorry to have gone off half-cocked, as it were.... it was the Stealt/
Meridian combo that got my faulty memory going.

Certainly no sign of Meridian in this cover:

Probably just sloppy packaging- all the female cast are otherwise
acounted-for on that cover; so presumably 'Sydney Lambert' is
either a male or like Meridian, another superfluous name.

Thanks for the larger box cover JJ. On the DVD cover we now see the name of Maria Loren, which does not appear in the inside movie credits anywhere. The other two names as mentioned were probably sloppy artwork and lettering. I have not seen many ATV movies, but are they always so sloppy?
(While I am at it, can I ask you where you got the large box cover? I did a lot of searches on thee web and could only find a couple of very small thumbnail size images). Thanks
