Does anybody know where this info comes from? And any further info about him (biographical remarks, other appearences, etc.)?

It came from me. I identified him through a couple of episodes of the TV series Koeniglich Bayerisches Amtsgericht. There is a deseko thread about him, but this is probably only visible for those who are fully registered at deseko.
