Can anyone translate this ACCURATELY?

I simply asked them to confirm that a CC transaction had gone
though, and all I got was this. German sites are usually worse in
this respect. IIRC this is the first time I've had trouble with an
Italian one; my linguaggio is adequate but not brilliant, as you all
know..... machine-code is supposed to be a Universal language.
But not in this Solar System, apparently... : -)

If you need to trasmit some message to them in Italian let me know.
But it seems they did not quite understood what you were trying to convey to them. From the content of their message, they appear to be under the impression you do not how to go about placing an order. Good Luck!

I've ordered from them before, with no problems.

I'll try again and if it goes wrong I'll draft a note in English and take
up your kind offer.
