That's my reading, yes.
I can sorta see the logic.....

The logic.... definitely (especially since Alec has confirmed being over a year in arrears in reviewing postings in this forum).
But if access is really limited to a handful of people, and if the reason for posting there is for more permanet storage, what happens to the postings by other people in the forum who have used a third party picture storage site (which may keep those pics for only a very brief period of time)? By the time Alec gets to them most of those pics will be gone.

I believe:
a) it's restricted to those who tend to upload in bulk;
b) 'one-off' pics that are of importance are immediately transferred by the mods
to the permanent host.

Are compilations noteworthy too? It seems Ziggy / Ziggitte Stardust might be in 100 Humongous Hooters #2 (http://www.hotmovies.com/video/190634/R ... Hooters-2/ although their site links to Ziggy Blue). I'll verify it when the DVD comes. I suspect it's the same scene (and probably not even complete) from Natural Wonders / Tittenalarm.

Generally not; unless they supply something not in the original, or contain
otherwise unavailable scenes.
