From 'Triple X 21', she's in a scene shot by Max Hardcore and featuring Don Fernando
and Tommy Gunn.
My copy has Dutch subs. which have her introduced by DF as 'Agnete'- however, the audio
is terrible and I can't hear a word of the latter's dialogue. A few seconds later I think
she speaks a few words in English and during the cumshot-sequence she appears to respond
immediately to Max's instructions. All of which indicates nothing about her nationality.
She is quite skinny, with smallish tits and two prominent moles on her chest:

Too bad we can't examine that scene more closely.
Impossible to tell whether she maybe Euro or American.
All the female cast in the movie is Euro, so it is a high likelihood she is too.
The other odd thing is that this seems to be only scene Tommy Gunn has appeared in, which was released by Private.
Shot in Europe? Would Tommy Gunn just be flown to Europe just to appear in this single scene? We know Max Hardcore at the time traveled to France and shot scenes there (and with local talent). Don Fernando still shoots there. But Tommy Gunn?
The other thing is "Agnete" (if that is the way she is billed in the movie, or if it was pronounced/written that way) does not seem to be common euro name for porn performer.

No, it's a toughie.
Tne clincher would have been the soundtrack but it's appalling. If I up the
volume I lose what little clarity was already there. There's only one mic'
[on the cam?] and only Max can be heard at all distinctly. Her response
to instructions worry me, though- if she IS a Euro there was no translator
hanging around that I could see, so we have to assume she could speak
at least a a little English.

4WIW [not much] my guess is she was a Euro flown out to the US- this would
probably presuppose that she shot at least another scene for Max- but no
luck with that search so far.
Perhaps the best solution for now will be simply to list her, with a query.

So you are saying the Max scene was shot in the USA, and that the performer is most likely Euro (and the scene just sold to Private due to some existing production/distribution arrangement at the time)? The setting looks American?
If so, I think it has happened before (in the 1990's) that a Euro performer only shot 1 or two scenes in L.A and quickly disappeared.
Perhaps it was the case here.

That's my guess. The room is large and part of a house, rather than a
hotel-room. Cheaper to fly her in, than fly out a whole crew.
