Please someone ID this movie I saw 10 years ago

I don't remember so much about it but I will try to explain what I remember. I hope I can find its name. And my english is not so good so sorry about that.

I will give aliases to characters first. Then I will try to describe what I remember using these aliases so it can be more clear I hope.

- Main character, a man, who doesn't interest in women: Man1
- Man1's a friend or a relative (more likely his brother): Man2
- Woman who supposed to seduce Man1: HiredWoman
- Man2's girlfriend or wife: Woman2

Man1 wasn't interest in women. Man2 hired HiredWoman to seduce Man1 so Man1 can experience his first sex with HiredWoman. So HiredWoman's duty is seduce Man1. So in most of the movie we watch HiredWoman's attemtps to seduce Man1. I remember a scene in bath which HiredWoman trying to seduce Man1 while Man1 was taking bath.

But in the end of movie Man1 experience sex with Woman2. So HiredWoman fails to seduce Man1 but somehow Woman2 could do it.
