The simple answer to you question is not at all often. They dont get off doing boy/girl either. Remember they are performers performing for the camera. Any girl thats any good will be thinking of acting for the camera all the time. Thinking of what she is doing and how it will be seen and heard by the viewer. That thinking stifles being turned on.
