The movie was obviously shot in Paris.
The following description/review is from the French-dubbed VMD version, which is substantially different from the German version in that a sex scene set in a movie theatre between a nun (Laura Angel) and two men (Kevin Long, Marc Barrow) has been completely edited out from the VMD version.
The movie credits strangely enough are in English.
Scene 1: set in a bedroom/bed in a lesbian encounter between Madalina Ray and an uncredited Lee Ann

Scene 2: Rebecca (Madalina Ray) is riding in a limousine, while her husband Don Marcino (Roberto Malone) is having a discussion with a priest Pere Michel (Philippe Dean). Don Marcino contacts Rebecca on her cell and instructs her to head off to a movie theatre where she is supposed to receive an important letter from a man. Just before she gets there, a nun (Laura Angel) buys a movie ticket and takes up a seat inside while two men plot to have some fun with her (what transpires from here on is completely cut from the VMD version).

Rebecca also enters the movie theatre. Back in his office, Don Marcino discusses pleasantries with Pere Michel (hunting, etc) and even asks his pretty blonde secretary Susanne (Dru Berrymore) to serve them a couple of drinks. Don Marcino invites the priest to a hunt and he even presents him with a hunting shotgun.

We now see Rebecca already engaged in blowing a male, Pierre (Reinhard B.=Reinhardt) in the movie theatre. No explanation is given as to how the two got to this point.

Scene 3 (this scene is intercut with the Madelina Ray/Reinhard movie theatre coupling which ends with Madelina jerking him off over her open mouth): Pere Michel is trying out the hunting rifle outdoors and the voluptuous Madame Sophie (Elodie Cherie) invites him inside and soon sets out to seduce him [anal, he jerks off over her big tits]]

Scene 4: We are now back in Don Marcino's office and he has sex with his secretary Susanne (he jerks off over her tongue)

Scene 5: set in a large living room. To seal a dirty deal Don Marcino sets up a little orgy with a couple of easy girls (Dolly Golden, Dru Berrymore) and his two new recruits (Marc Barrow, Reinhardt). Dolly fucks Dru with a blue strap-on while Dru blows Reinhardt. Rebecca enters the room, and is angry with Don Marcino by sending her on that stupid errand in the movie theater. Don Marcino orders her to fuck Marc Barrow.
Dolly joins Madalina and Marc by fucking Madalina in the ass with her strap on while Marc is in her pussy. Dolly also gets some vaginal action from Marc. Dru jerks Renhardt
off over her open mouth, and Marc jerks off over Dolly's ass. R. Malone did not participate in any hardcore action.
The end indicates that Rebecca was charged with the murder of her husband Don Marcino.
