Need a movie ID based on description

I know this is probably a long shot, but I figured I might as well try to ID this film I watched a long time ago and can't remember the name of and haven't seen since on any forum or site. The main thing that I can remember is that it's a film with Dries Breyne from the 90s, maybe the early 2000s, and the movie is set in a porn store, where there are not just scenes at the front of the store, but he is also taken by a girl in the backroom of the store that, I think, even has a desk/bed with cuffs on it (I'm not quite sure about the desk/bed thing, it might've simply been cuffs on a wall). Since I think it was a 90s, possibly early 2000s film with Dries Breyne, I think it was most probably a Holland video (Shots Video B.V.), or maybe some other Dutch production, I don't know. I didn't come across it while browsing Holland videos on HotMovies, but I could've missed it. I hope someone here recognizes the film from the description and/or is able to ID it for me. Thanks in advance for the replies.

I'm sure to be 99,9% wrong, but that's all I could think of:
The guy is not Dries, but some (hungarian?) actor whose name I've
forgotten.

Well... you managed to fill one of the criteria for 2 of the scenes. Your suggested movie, however, also has scenes in a house and near a pool - mine, as I remember, is set completely in a porn store (it has front of the store and backroom scenes). Your suggestion has the release date of 2008, I asked for late 90s early 2000s. Your suggestion doesn't have any cuffs in it. And the glaring difference is that I asked for a movie with Dries Breyne and your suggestion stars Steve Q, I think.
But at least you've tried...
