In my notes, I always had them as one and the same.

Deborah [6] = Stella Rocci

I'm not sure where the name Stella came from, as she is always Deborah in Private stuff.

The cast-menu has 'Roci'... I guess I may have followed iafd in spelling
it with two c's but I'll check the film's credits when I get a mo.

Stella Rocci/Roci introduces herself as Deborah. She is French, speaks French and looks much older than Deborah.

Deborah (says she is Oxana) is 21 y.o. Russian. In Private Mag. she's wearing a wig so she looks a bit like young Stella Rocci.
