Because in one of Manni Moneto's report-movies "Live vor Ort 9" "she" appeared as pre-op TS.
And Manni Moneto introduced her as a well known TS from Munich, Germany.

in my original question i asked to identify the movie thats because the movie i linked to only shows a part of the scene which is the lesbian part. the full scene is much longer and involves a man, pictures below
