Still interesting to see what kind of programming.

Sky will not go H/C because it is not allowed in the UK. What it IS saying is that a foreign broadcaster will be broadcasting H/C from the satellite position shared by Sky. This is not the same thing as Sky broadcasting it at all! When Sky was analogue at 19 degrees east, there were many foreign channels(including porno) that could be viewed, but they were nothing to do with Sky, even though you could watch them using the same receiver, any more than channel five is related to ITV just because you can watch it with a terrestrial aerial!
