O/T Jaded.com problem
Got my order through from Jaded this morning (have used them before with no problems) and they sent the wrong tapes. Any advice on going about sending them back? It's two vhs tapes. Anyone had the same problem. I haven't emailed Jaded yet but do I send it via royal mail, Parcel Force or just hang on to what I got?

I would not send it by Royal Mail. Use whoever they advise. Anyway what tapes did you get, I am a massive pervert and maybe interested in buying them from you.

Read the instructions on their website.
I had a problem with a DVD, emailed them and a replacement arrived before I got around to returning the first copy.
Their customer service is imo very good..
