Models needed for new site

I?m Ben and I run . The aim of the site is to showcase ?real? girls.

Although this is the first site of this nature that I have personally set up I am working closely with Phantasia Leisure who operate sites such as www.lapdancingonline.com and www.carawam.com. By working alongside them you can be rest assured that you will be dealing with a professional outfit.

The most important part of the site is going to be the models however and this is where I am hoping that you may be able to help.

I am looking for amateur models (aged 18 or over) that have or are willing to take pictures / videos of themselves. All of the pictures must be good quality, preferably not those taken with a camera phone!

The content of the pictures is at your discretion and can range from sexily clothed to full nude.

If we like your pictures and you have proved that you are aged 18 or over (proof of ID will be required and kept on file at our office) and signed the necessary paper work then your pictures / videos will be put on the website.

I am planning on offering a couple of ?teasing? pictures for each model and then if visitors wish to see more of that model then they will have to purchase those models ?member pictures?.

The cost for each models pictures / videos is at your discretion, however please be advised that I would recommend that your member pictures cost between ?4 - ?7 and videos at about ?7 each. You are more than willing to charge more for your pictures / videos if you wish, however my research (and common sense) shows that the more money that they cost the fewer people will purchase them.

You may be asking yourself what is in this for us. For every set of pictures and every video sold we will be taking ?1.25 commission. So if you sell your member pictures for ?6, you will receive ?4.75. Our commission covers our costs such as setting up of and maintaining the site as well as marketing it.

Once I have models onboard I will then begin the marketing process for the site. Obviously the more popular the site is the more money both I and you will be making, thus I will be putting in a lot of time and effort, the skills which I learnt during 3 years at Nottingham Trent University studying Marketing as well as hints and tips gained from the team at Phantasia Leisure to get the site as many hits as possible.

Great idea get the models to shoot the content themselves,you market it and make a profit without ever having to go on location,buy a camera,edit,deal with models being late,wait while they get ready for the shoot etc etc etc lol

Seems Adultwork beat you to that idea lol

Adult work is good but for one thing & that is contact, a couple of times i've had bits removed e.g. films/photo's because they thought i was using someone elses until they realised it was me. Then you have the hassle of uploading it all again because they don't bother to do it & correct their mistakes.
Naming each pic takes time so when some halfwit removes them & you can't contact them it pisses you off a bit.
If your site offers good contact between the webmaster & the girls it could work well in the UK, please send me some details etc. to my addy at : videokim69@hotmail.com.

Thanks for taking the time to offer the advice, its much appreciated.

You site contains a different kind of 'amateur' to that which I am looking for.

I agree however that good comunication between my self and the models is essencial. I am lucky in that I work as a DJ full time so am at home during the day to both promote the site as well as sort out the administrative side of things.

I have had quite a few interested people so far, if anybody else reading this fancies it then drop me an email.

You have nothing to lose as far as I can see, the worst scenario would be if nobody found the site and paid for the pictures (which I am sure wont happen) even if that was the case however you wouldnt lose anything as nobody will have seen your pictures.
