I did it for quite a while in the UK and Amsterdam with Interclimax.

I think the best way to do it is either through your own site or a site like Adultwork.

On adultwork you set your own rates...Bear in mind though that you are in competition with a hell of alot of other girls on the site. If you're going to do it advertise it well with you own established fan base with times you are going to be on.
