dvd sales

i was looking in a few soho shops this week and i couldnt help feeling that the dvd stocks looked a little jaded, almost out of date!?
is this a fair observation?
it seems with the advent of vod, government nanny tactics and fucking piracy the makers have no real business!!?
equally, it would appear that sat tv is similarly hamstrung and forced to pump out purile nonsence that would probably be certified as "15" !!
i ask simply as a concerned customer. where does one access the cool contemporary works ?
whats the feeling from them in the know?

I have a licenced sex shop in a little town called Hertford in Hertfordshire and we are doing very well in the DVD sales - even with the internet many customers still enjoy having a dvd in their hands so to speak, along with that gives the opportunity of purchasing a wonderful selection of sex toys to go with said dvd!!

Couples shop together more now as well which has increased the amount of customers buying DVD's.
