Can I set the record straight - I never said in my post that the girl was unreliable or unprofessional - I said she hadnt confirmed yet and I couldnt get hold of her.

but then there was a deluge of messages about whether girls are professional or not.

I have discovered that her mother has taken seriously ill - genuine as I know her family through someone else ( who doesnt know that she glamour models !)

I guess it goes to show that there are genuine reasons why shoots get cancelled

O ye of little faith !

but I still need a model for tomorrow .....

Rob, if you read back, the emphasis was on TheProf's post who made a snidey remark comparing the professionalism of British girls and their American counterparts.

I agree to up to a point and apologies If I have musinderstood - but he does start his post with 'the oldest trick in the book' - whcih is clearly aimed at the model/profession directly.

Its the others who kept it going
