Sounds like a bit of advice you need... No problem.

If its a server you need, I would suggest www.adulthosting.com (without a referal code)

To begin with, untill you start to make thousands, Stick to a billing processor such as www.ccbill.com or epoch as they are there 24/7 to help you out. They have an affiliate program built in & most companies such as stongbox can work with their scripts with ease.

Your advertising sometimes is best with banner trades with banner exchanges or try thehun of which shall drain your server, so you need to have a reasonably strong server as you get about 20000 surfers if not more in any one day of a gallery being placed on there. But its worth it.

Oh, as far as the server goes... from personal experience. I would try to get a dedicated server, even though it is slightly more money, when the hits come in, you wont need to keep upgrading. Have a word with Max from adulthosting... hes worth while, check their prices out, their good!

I have a good designer that works for me, if you check out my links either arsewithclass or southerncumsluts you can see he is good.
The most important part to remember is that you need new content every week or your members shall leave. arsewithclass is doing very well, however southerncumsluts is not doing to good at present as we do not have the ability to refresh new content all the time, were awaiting new models that want to continue to work hard in haste of future career. Therefore the design is not always important for sales. The model, the content, the filming & of course the price with the design & the server for good download all is important to making a good website worthwhile.
