I've always taken the view that as adults we should all act responsibly and respect others choices to spend their time as they wish providing it is within the law and doesn't cause harm to others.
I'm proud of my site, company and the content i've produced so far and will stand by it it is just unfortunate we still have these prudish people in the 21st century.
Ultimately I don't feel any action will be taken against me at my regular job, I was initially worried as our core client is the local authority and we all know how hypocritical those councillors can be...
I have a version of this kind of tale. I have for some 10 years been trying to get work in mainstream movie/tv production but as soon as you tell em what you have been doing/filming you become a non-entity (to use Kims words a lepper even). It is frankly quite staggering the way you are treated in this fucking awful country. It simply wouldn't happen in L.A.
And before anyone says well Dave fuck off to L.A. I'd love to but haven't got a hope in hell of getting a work visa for pretty much the same 'lepper' reason !
I totally understand your points, the double standards etc butif being in porn should have taught you but one thing it is you have to be thick skinned and man up to the criticism levelled at you for being in the business.

Dave I aint no more special than you as a human being but I find the best way to fuck the critics back is to do something, invest, work hard at it and make a success of it.

The reason they are not giving you any work is because they are too busy passing it onto their mates.

Pps Instead of slagging my TRUE heartfelt comments off on a PUBLIC forum. Try some serious private advice and don't forget that it CANNOT include anything that suggests I have to invest any money (COZ AS STATED A 100 TIMES - I AIN'T GOT ANY) ! Got that no money at all. I don't have savings, hidden money or any source of regular income OK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So if you or any other genius can suggest a way to make money in this biz or any other fucking biz for that matter WITH NO MONEY TO INVEST - fire away, I'm all ears !
