I didn't try to open it in Quicktime, that just happened, don't know why. Have now downloaded it by Rt clicking etc.

Sounds like you haven't got Windows Media Player installed (it's a wmv. file)....

Some laptops don't have WMP to save space......no trouble to install it, though.

Or Quicktime has hi-jacked your system and set itself as the default player...I hate it when things do that.
