The property is open plan with high vaulted ceilings (suitable for high key/low key shooting).



To the exterior there are multiple landscaped lawns with decking areas and various features and seating areas for interesting backdrops to shoots.
The property is set within 1.5 acres of land with a spectacular view and benefits from total indoor and outdoor privacy and has automatic gates to the front of the property

I have experience within the glamour modelling industry myself as a former model and offer a meet and greet service from the train station if required. Accommodation is available prior to shoots, making the site ideal for models travelling long distances and also useful for newcomer models in order to relax before the shoot. Clean towels and are available within the booking price as is breakfast and lunch / dinner along with tea and coffee / soft drinks for the model/s and photographer/s. There is always wireless internet throughout the property and its grounds.
I am personally present upon arrival to ensure you experience the highest possible standards as we strive for the very best throughout your stay. I am also around on site to cater for all your needs
