That's true but that was only allowed on the R18 version because Sarah peed into a washbasin, not on another person. Debbie pees into a toilet on Royal Reamers and this was allowed in the R18 version too but only because this was urination not watersports. Urination is perfectly fine for an R18, so long as nobody is urinated on.

There was an episode of Sex and the City where Kim Catrall made another woman ejaculate in her face (to Kim's character's surprise) and that was not only uncut but shown on Channel Four. It was faked and done tastefully but it was shown, and is no doubt on the VHS if you buy it, so it's not completely taboo.

The video recordings Act does not apply to broadcasts so there is plenty of room for inconsistency between the broadcasters and the BBFC. This is made worse by the BBFC who are err on the side of caution in one direction and the police who err on the side on caution the other way.
