A good question does anyone know? If only topless who decided that? It would seem utterly rediculous that the countries biggest erotic exhibition should be restricted to such an extent.

To hold the event the organizers have to get various licenses from the local council (which I assume is Hammersmith?) particularly for the entertainment on the stage.

It is the council who decide what degree of nudity is acceptable before they issue the appropriate licenses.......no license - no show.

During the show the council send in officials to check that license agreements are being adheared to......failure to do so could result in licenses not being granted next year.

Makes you glad to be British !!!!!!!!!!!

Being a local resident (10 mins away from Kenny O - yippee) and aware of their attitude to such matters re: Secrets lapdancing club, topless only comes as no surprise at all.

Just a small note of caution...
There are two shows running side by side - a public event and a trade only event.
Many girls may well be attending but on stands which are in the trade side - I know the lovely Emily from BabeCast will be doing that, for instance.
So just because your fave girl is on 'a stand' - doesn't mean you'll be able to see her, unless you've a trade pass.
Beware!

I have just written to the organisers to ask exactly what the situation is regarding licensing. If the council is to blame which seems a near certainty now I will write to them to complain. Does anyone else feel strongly enough to write? I will post further details later.

hold ur horses...just before u go writing and making problems find out how many of the girls would actually walk around nude.

u may get the rules changed only to find none of us models would want to walk about naked. its too cold in there for starters.
