Dear Strand/Remington Steel.
I will delete the Laura Turner galleries immediately as I didn't know who they belonged to as there was no copyright on them.
Considering other galleries on my site I will only delete them if the respective owner requests that I do so. All I am trying to offer is a free site - I'm not making any money and I feel I am promoting these girls and if the respective owners want credit all they have to do is ask and I will greatfully put a bannerlink or textlink on the gallery page.
Anyways, I didn't want to stir up any trouble with my site - just offering you guys some good images.
Cheers - DAV.

Why not work the other way round ask before you use if you cannot find out then use the Forum to find out who took the photos, most of the ones scanned from magazines will cause you grief somewhere, and if you display the ones of Charmaine scanned fron SLY mags someone has sent you will cause yourself even more trouble,
Buy a few CD's with photo images on them, every photographer in UK will now be watching you I can understand why you want to be so un-popular.

Dav, you have completely missed the point as have people like you, who seem to think that because they own a computer it entitles them to a free ride over everyone contributing to that great universe called the Internet. Regardless of what may be said by the ill informed, everything is subject to a copyright, the original image is owned by someone, usually the photographer, unless that is reassigned then it stays with the photographer.
I am not in the business of pontificating to others, I just look after my own interests, I find that demands most of my time. To look at the case in point, and some other idiot may call it ?handbaging? maybe they operate free sites as well? I call it getting a return on my investment.
JEFF, (Who He)? may think we are ?jobsworths? in that respect maybe he is right. We are looking after our own interests and of those who want to go on looking at good porn. We were not credited on this site at all but this obviously means nothing if you are making out an indefensible case!
This particular sequence and the film and other sequences associated with it, which for lovers of Laura will be re-released next month, cost me ?4000 to shoot, now, I am not a rich man, I have to work 7 days a week to keep things going, so I need to be able to offer the results of my years of experience, my work alongside some of the hardest taskmasters in the business, you want names, try Harrison Marks, Berth Milton, Hands Moser, the late and lamented Beate Uhse, need I continue?
So now I need to live. I invest what money I have in my web sites and my production business and all I ask is a fair return on that investment.
It?s no good to say you will credit people after the event, try contacting them before you steel their artistic endeavours, you may find they are sympathetic to your ideas and will offer help. You may have noticed, we supply the BGAFD and other sites with revue copies of all of our titles, we do not dictate to them what they write about them and we do not demand money. WHY? Because they are honest, straightforward people doing a straightforward job just like us.
If you want to run a free site, if you want pictures, just try asking us, the producers if we mind that you use our product. We usually can agree a deal, we only want links to our sites, not a lot to ask for a ?4000 investment.
Don?t give up, contact us, and ask us, maybe we agree? Do not listen to the barrack room lawyers who are great experts at loading the gun.
Rem.

Thanks for the last message Remington Steel. I will take your points of view onboard and will definitely ask before I take.
I honestly thought that images were public domain as you see that term virtually on every adult website you visit. I have to say I am new to the game and I suppose this is a learning step that I must take onboard (and I have!).
Once again sorry for the inconvenince I have caused yourselves and in accordance to our recent emails I think we have come to a sensible solution.
Cheers - DAV.
