I've been reminded (by discovering it on another tape) of a 70s German loop, released by Tabu called Rollstuhl-Opa und seine spritzige Familie where the cameraman is definitely acknowledged and gets involved in the action. He even picks up one of the girls in his car. There is truly nothing new under the sun of porn.

It's on Blue Vanities 161 and one of the Alpha Blue Archives Eurosleaze collections. The girls in it look vaguely familiar, but speak German.

Although softcore (my viewing suggests some snipping going on) this has the camera person - who stands for the lead actor - involving his left hand with the girls, even the camera lens 'kisses' the breasts of girls.
