I have to say that I too have had a lot of hassle with online stores being piss-poor at actually working correctly, including not accepting good CCs and issues with address format not matching the US.
Having said that I have ordered from SPS a number of times in the past, and only once had a problem with the order which was dealt with straight away by Steve.
