I'm sorry... I really, honestly do not believe we have the capability within the medical establishment at present to cater for 30 day tests... EVEN IN LONDON...

I really do hope you are going to address this problem as a PRIORITY.

Yes, I am harping on about the same thing throughout most of these threads because I think it is central asnd fundamental to the whole issue - how can you have a standard (which AGREED is better than 90 days) if the system cannot cope or cater?

One point that hasn't been answered though is this - IS THERE A PROBLEM WITH 90 DAY CERTS - IS THERE A HIGH RATE OF INFECTION - I have no knowledge of such.

It is a very fare point, what we are looking at is that the performers will start to think more about their own health and that of others they work with. Thus treating the industry as a more professional job, which I am sure you will agree as a producer is needed by some performers.

We can not stop everything, but we will foucs the minds of everybody and it will allow us to catch an outbreak of STD quicker and hopefully reduce the spread.

I trust that you will becoming along on the 19th to join in on the discussion and look to set this in place.

I have been in contact with the people at Indigo and am hoping that they can arrange to come down and join in on the discussion on the 19th, we are also getting in touch with AIM in the States to see what advice they can offer in bringing the UK industry up a level and by setting a standard.

I trust that this answers your question, but as there are clinics all over the UK where people can get tested, there should not be a problem with performers getting a full test HIV & STD every 30 days.

If you have details of all these clinics throughout the country that will provide a certificate, may I suggest that you publish this list on your site as an aid to models in the industry...?

I am pleased to hear that you are working with the medical establishment on this - but to that end, can I not suggest that you bring some clarity into the situation and call a status quo on 90-day tests for the time being?

Without a suitable medical infrastructure this 30-day standard is going to cause immense problems. Now - as I have said previously IF THERE ARE EXISTS A HIGH RATE OF INFECTIONS DUE TO 90 DAY CERTS (which I'm not aware of) - then go ahead and rush in a 30-day rule... but if things are ticking by ok for the time beingl, why such a rush to change things?

I genuinely feel that the 30-day std is proactive and for the good, and I also believe that your motives are sound - but I do feel you've got things back to front here. I think you're jumping the gun, going about it in the wrong order. The new std shouldn't be applied until it the system is capable!

You are saying the same thing time & time again, and never read what has put on posts before, so let me ask you a few questions.

1. Where do you get you HIV & STD test?
2. What is stopping you getting one every 30 days?
3. Would you like to know that someone is carry an STD for 90 days as they know they don't have to get a test till then?
4. We are looking and this has to be discussed on the 19th of a cut off date of the 1st May, is that not long enough for you to get a full HIV & STD test?

I look forward to your reply.

See my post on the other thread - I think it covers most of what you're asking here.

Here here marcus i totally agree with you and maybe it should be addresses that if Jason wants this meeting is he aware that the law states 90 days in this country and if he feels so strongly about this submit it to Parilment sick of hearing about this bullshit.

By the way have you invited a MP or member of our Govenment to your meeting as if remember you want anything changed in this land you have to do it the right way not the way you want to and if you haven't i would becareful as you could be breaking the law.

Laws in this country are made by govenment not members of the public and i'm sorry but your just a member of public.
