Simple things like:
Good customer service.
Easy contact and fast response to e-mail.
Low prices.
Guaranteed delivery and quality.
Clear indication if a product is in stock.
Notification if a product becomes unobtainable, with option to re-order or cancel.

Also:
Discreet delivery and the *option* for recorded delivery (rather than as standard - this is a pain for people who are out when the postie arrives)
Definitely a range of Euro DVDs from Magma, Videorama, DBM.
Too many places have the same titles from US studios and Private.

pasta's post just about sums it up. a wide range of choice is important too, with new stock on a regular basis. also, sometimes there seems to be a large gap between a film's release and it showing up with a uk dispatcher(if at all). if you can narrow the gap that would be good.

Don't use an adultcheck or agecheck to allow us to get into your site. I know they have their uses and I'm against youngsters seeing stuff they should't but it'll annoy and put off WAY to many adults to be bothering with it!

Not everyone has credit cards, so allow us to be abe to use Switch Cards, or cheques or cash if we want to.

Feature screenshots next to the videos covers so we can see what we're getting. Occasinally I've bought stuff I already had because it's been re-titled or re-packaged. With a picture we'd recognise it and not buy it twice.

And stock plenty of Euro and UK stuff! US is getting so boring now.
