Let's extinguish a couple of urban myths - a vagina that has been fisted is NOT necessarily sloppy. The pelvic floor muscles, like any others, need stretching as well as exercise to be fit & healthy. Regular "Kegal" exercises of these muscles - by women AND men - improve sexual performance no-end.

The vagina has evolved to pass a baby's head, and the average human hand is therefor going to be easy-peasy in general terms.
