hcc's service is crap, granted, I think we all know that. But they always deliver in the end (or so i've found). My feeling is we put up with it cos they have so much pretty rare stuff for sale, mainly on the 'celebrity shags' series, which feature a lot of difficult stuff to find.

This isn't one of them if you read the info available here and in the archives

Apart from 2 calamitous events(a flood and a burglary) where stock was destroyed or lost and took time to replace its been business as usual

The trouble is when you leave your paying customers in the dark for months with no replies to emails that all your hard earned trust built up over years
of being reliable evaporates over night
