If you are 100% sure that you want implants FOR YOURSELF, and not for any potential job offers, then go for it. However, if you are 99% sure or less then don't do it.
I don't work in the adult industry so can't tell you if it would lead to more work or not, but the advice given already in this thread by people who are in the know seems about right to me.
If you are after people's personal opinions, then I can safely say do NOT get it done. I love breasts. Breasts are great (all shapes and sizes). Implants aren't breasts. They're a disgusting abomination which poorly masquerades as breasts.

I'm 100% for natural as most men are.
I wish models would realise it's not boobs that make a good model, it's the character and the way they perform that makes them good.

Faye is well known throughout the industry, didn't need a boob job to get her notoriety and what she has looks great. Basically, if you've got it you will do well, if you havent then no boob job is gonna get it for you.

Why dye your hair blonde just because everyone else does. If you're a natural brunette, except it.
Please remember, some of us guys LIKE small to medium breasts!! If everyone has boob jobs, there will be no-one left with itty bitty titties. Some of us prefer that, and it's a lot of hassle getting a boob job (pain, money, risk etc).
Don't do it because you think you need to. Do it because youwant to. If you really did, you wouldn't have asked us. So i think you already know it's probably not necessary.
