Ofcom invites written views and comments on the issues raised in this document, to be made by 5pm on Tuesday 5 th October 2004.
Ofcom strongly prefers to receive responses as e-mail attachments, in Microsoft Word format.

You are of course right Dibble. As far as I am aware none of the libralisation of the 'porn laws' in the UK has been as a result of parliamentary legislation. It has all been the result of Judicial Reviews etc.
