I think that, considering the situation with the Royal Mail, if a company is serious about keeping its customers happy then it will send them Registerred Post and swallow the cost themselves. Then they can hassle the Royal Mail. Nothing to do with the customer. Why should they get late goods. Your Choice should send all items registerred until Royal mail sorts its act out.

Yes you could but if it goes missing you have to explain to them what was in it. If they find it's porn then it is an offence to send this type of stuff through the post so I guess that might be a problem, leading the old bill to your door.

If they go adrift just replace them is our motto it happens and you have to deal with it, just a pain for the consumer and us of course. It isn't that often it happens but with all the staffing level and rota changes plus one delivery a day as the norm the problem needs to be looked at in the Royal Mail 'Back To Profit' plans.

We do send it with recorded delivery (if I have the term right) and if it goes missing in the mail we do replace the items free of charge.
