From my perspective, FC's customer service has never been less than good, although I've had to prod once or twice. But I'm truly shocked at the allegations from Chanta: if I order again (and that's now in doubt), I'll be asking for an explanation...I never believed it was a woman-run company, but I at least thought it was a woman-friendly one.
I also noticed a decline in quality beginning about 18 months ago, with an ever more obvious production-line feel to the tapes (compared with Laura Singer's wonderful les vids, for instance): a change of management or one of ethos? It's hard for an outfit to sustain interest at the best of times, and with the competition increasing daily, I was already beginning to lose interest...
