From my perspective, FC's customer service has never been less than good, although I've had to prod once or twice. But I'm truly shocked at the allegations from Chanta: if I order again (and that's now in doubt), I'll be asking for an explanation...I never believed it was a woman-run company, but I at least thought it was a woman-friendly one.
I also noticed a decline in quality beginning about 18 months ago, with an ever more obvious production-line feel to the tapes (compared with Laura Singer's wonderful les vids, for instance): a change of management or one of ethos? It's hard for an outfit to sustain interest at the best of times, and with the competition increasing daily, I was already beginning to lose interest...

Actually, I think jj has hit the nail on the head as far as I'm concerned. I've been ordering tapes from FC since the early-ish days but agree that they've become rather more predictable and 'production-line' in the last year or so. The result is that I haven't bought any for more than a year - yet I'm still on their mailing list, even though after 12 months of non-orders they say they'll remove you.

Got the latest catalogue on Monday and, as usual, it's a good-quality magazine. I've always had very quick delivery from them. When I've faxed through an order, it's usually arrived within 3-4 days. Picture quality has always been good.

Perhaps FC has just gone stale. Perhaps it's because I prefer seeing Brit girls in action with Messrs. Dover and McCavity etc.
