If you are running XP then you will have moviemaker installed import it into moviemaker and break it down into smaller clips you can then save it to myvideos in wmv format and then you can upload it onto a host site.

Can you put the file(s) on a DVD?
Doesn't matter if the disk is not in DVD format, just create a data DVD with the files(s) as they are.

HJ222 - buy yourself a DivX DVD player, fairly cheap nowadays and I've never spent a better ?60-70!
