I have always thought that the idea of a MILF is that she should at least have a teenage kid, so that if she's hot she's a mom her kid's friends would like to fuck. So as a rule of thumb a MILF ought to be in her late 30's at least, though in parts of Britain a girl can have a teenage kid by her mid 20's, not quite the same thing at all.
