Not sure how a lw that was not enacted by the european commission means we cant reverse our convictions.
I mean if you was innocent of a murder charge and found innocent does that mean a murder conviction still stands?

hi all
i seen this on the news to day as well ,and from what i made of it no one will be getting done now as they never told the eec about the change all so cases will be stoped. but i also think it means that you will be able to sell hardcore porn in shops until the new law comes in to place.

That's the question I want answered too!
According to one news bulletin the answer is No, but who told the newscaster to say that? If it was "the Authorities", they would say that, wouldn't they.
I wonder if a specialist barrister could be persuaded to give an opinion.
I would dearly like to get my absurdly inflated fine returned, with costs and interest!

Looks like Fiona Cooper was right to disregard the VRA after all, the crafty old bastard! Looks like he's a better lawyer than the fucks in the government.
