Actually (based on my own experience), the only(?) hard bit is the commercial end - i.e. making money from it! Finding performers is easy - especially if you are happy to let them disguise themselves (wigs, moustaches etc). Near-broadcast quality is available with DV camcorders, and a fast computer with a large hard disk and suitable software will sort the editing. So you're looking at c.?2500 in h/w if you're starting from scratch.
Incidentally, anyone who has filmed but doesn't have the editing gear can make arrangements with me for a very nominal fee. Email if interested.
Have a CLEAR idea of plot/storyline b4 you start. Gonzo seems fine, but it is V difficult to get relaxed performances from anything other than v experienced performers - especially if u are not too experienced yourself. Give the performers plenty of time and space - if they enjoy it, it will show on the film. Forget this bollocks about girls never cumming while performing....many will cum if they're a) relaxed and comfortable b) excited and horny and c) if you don't keep changing position or shot every few minutes. I find the best policy is to just let the scene roll on and change things when the performers want to change.
As for fees, I generally pay girls ?100 p.h. for hard core and then guys a nominal fee only.
Good luck!
Jon
