In truth I know 2 girls who have had reductions for medical reasons. Both were crippled by back pain, 5 ft nothing and 40dd = bloody agony.

....sometimes I read these threads with despair. I am pretty sure LDM didn't undergo surgery without thinking what affect it may have on her career!
Why do you think that any adult/porn star owes us 'fans' an ongoing prescence? Or why on earth do they have to continue to outdo themselves and others in the name of (porn) fame.
Get real. Some girls actually have real lives. And some girls make decisions that will move them away form the porn track either a little or entirely. And thank goodness....it makes room for more talent to come through.
