That was him!! I remember buying his films from soho thinking they were going to be naff and being totlaly suprised,the guy was completely mad you are right but made some great scenes.
Yes Vinny was a complete nutter and did some crazy things. He also was good at finding new talent. Sent me some very hot girls.
