On their forum they intimate no refunds etc as they provide the forum free of charge and that should be enough!
if Bluebird think that the forum being free is enough that they don't need to provide the services their customers subscribed to, then why are Bluebird even in the subscription business? it's a simple transaction - punter pays money, receives an expectation for access to the content they believed they were purchasing. if it doesn't work, then the punter would expect some form of recompense, either a full refund or some kind of remediation action, such as perhaps a month's free access, or free content etc, to make up for the unavailability during that period
clearly Bluebird haven't taken into account that without punters, their business is nothing
