Which goes back to my statement of personal taste! It doesn't mean you are dated and neanderthal, just turned on (as an adult!) by the hirsute state of a woman.
I look at all manner of women and I think they are all beautiful, I hardly think that Cathy Barry looks like a child, far from it. That is just a name to prove a point.
If an adult prefers the ckeaner shaved woman (and the woman as well!) then they are doing things consenting adults do, not potential pedophiles!

So are the models not supposed to represent kind of normal women, ie in my experience (normal) woman have pubes, why should non pubes, or very little pubes only apply to porn stars, who drives this fashion, the models?? the photographers?? the pornographers?? I do not relate to the idea of no bush meaning underage, why in the same instance would these same models be wanting a boob job to go with it?? We are in the sad time of designer bodies, and unfortunately the naturals of this world do not get the chance to shine, my personal preferance, give us some natural hair, please!!
ps with some of the girls privates they should not be so keen to pay and display, as they resemble the grand canyon.

Disregarding personal preferences and the moral implications of pubic growth, the point that should be made has been answered by the models contributing to this discussion.

The majority of glamour models in the industry shave their pubes as a matter of common courtesy. Much in the same way they would pluck their eyebrows, wear make up and shave their legs.

Whether it be right or wrong, if a model showed up to a casting for say an Ann Summers catalogue or a page 3 shoot and she had excessive amounts of pubic growth around the bikini line, her chances of getting the job would be zero. Similarly, many of the models also table dance and hirsute muffs are frowned upon by both club owners and punters alike.(not to mention the other dancers who can be incredibly bitchy so I've been told.)

Periodically, models are requested to grow their pubic hair for certain jobs - the young girl magazines and specialist websites being prime examples. With depilation seemingly being the norm, you could even argue that the erotic appeal of hairy fannys could be classified as a fetish.

Basically, trimming your pubic region (along with all the other beauty routines) comes with the job when you enter the glamour field. Just in the same way we expect doctors, solicitors, etc. to be groomed in a certain way (obviously this doesn't apply to pubes)it's much of a muchness.

The girls know by keeping it tidy down there it will not limit their chances of working whether it be video, stills, promotions, catalogues or what have you.

This has been Big Jim reporting from the Great Pube Debate Day 305. Back to Woodgnome in the studio.

Love the idea of women getting wet walking down the street (as Chanta mentioned). But this "crusty" business takes us right back to JJ`s bread fetish. How is it clear when it exudes from the ladys minge but then turns into a white solid? Come on you chemistry types please explain.

You're doing it again......'what the viewer wants to watch', followed immediately by 'plucked chickens'.
Make your mind up: you started the 'censorship' attempt, not the rest of us.

AFAIK it's producer-driven (better ask them, then).......
I love chicken sandwiches (bread again, you see), but I certainly don't want them for brekkers/lunch/dinner 24/7. Occasionally I like a lightly-grilled stoat on wholemeal, or perhaps a lungfish ciabatta.
Get the drift, extremists of both camps?

I expect my solicitors to be pubically-groomed at all times. Standards, dear boy, standards.
What would Derry say if one were caught by the NOTW at a Mayfair salon in a state of pubic disarray? That would NEVER do, oh no.
Pass the port, there's a good chap.....
