In answer to your Q. Its not as if anyone has said anything libelous. If someone were to post that a celeb was once prosecuted for having sex with a large german shepherd dog called Max then I expect legal issues might be a worry. But to take action for libel the allegations have to be beleivable and likely to damage the reputation. So if I posted that a famous footballer was bent for example it would not be actionable because "the man on the Clapham omnibus" (I think Lord Denning said that) could not be reasonably be expected to beleive it and whats more it would not damage his reputation. If I said he took bribes to fix matches then that would be different especially if I passed it off as a well sourced bit of fact like the tabloids tend to do.

I guess merely being the object of pervy fantasies by a bunch of porn anoraks is not really likely to cause her career any damage. And I am sure if Carol emailed the mods saying "get those filthy pictures removed or else I am sending Richard "twice nightly" Whiteley round to hit you" they would quake in their boots and comply with her request. The internet is full of celeb picture including fakes which often unfairly depict celebs doing sexual acts which never happened. I am sure Britney Spears has never been DPd by Mr Marcus and Lexington Steel but theres fake pics of that out there on the net.
