I love Falling Down-Ive seen it about 4 or 5 times now, mainly because BBC and Sky 1 keep repeating it every few months.

Its a cool scene where the kid tells him how to work the bazooka. And where he goes a bit psycho in the fast food place-next time Maccy Ds put ice in my coke when i asked for none or onions in my Big Mac when i specifically requested none Im going to pull the same stunt.

I think his rampage is not sparked off by foreigners overcharging him, restaurents shortchanging him,the government not appreciating those who have worked hard for years and are now"not economicably viable",his situation with his daughter, wife and mother, gang members harassing him, insane Nazi patriots, traffic jams, depression, the snobbish attitudes of the upper classes............

No,he is pissed because in that film he had the worst haircut and nearly the worst glasses in cinematic history. His wife and daughter werent his final target, his barber and optician were.

You gotta love Disclosure as well, what with that office scene.

Michael isnt at all arrogant. When I worked in Bermuda before signing up, I worked for the Princess Group and our Christmas party was at a resort called Ariel Sands. We all had rooms as we had every intention of getting pissed, and in each room was a complementry bottle of champagne from the proprietor. I guzzled mine without thought but many kept there's as a souvenir. I found out weeks later Michael Douglas owns this resort and had eaten at our restaurant quite a lot (He was actually born in Bermuda) and wanted to say 'thanks' to the chefs and is well known for being a nice bloke. I can't knock him for it.
