I understand what you're saying but it doesn't really fit in with what I am saying - I'm referring to the response of society yet again rather then the motives of those doing it. In that I agree with you but I think you might be missing my point

Outrage by all the moralising idiots in the media as per usual
Wouldn't have bothered Angry one bit
Just listen to the lyrics on 'One of the Boys'
Countdown the show that this performance was on always had something unusual happening
Iggy Pop on a cocktail of drugs being interviewed was an interesting sight
cheers

The BBC aren't very concerned with the wanker behind these girls - if they had such a moral position towards him they wouldn't have allowed them on TOTP - the BBC are more concerned with how they are being seen by the ghost of Mary Whitehouse and her still-living cronies. They are propping up an outdated perception of a society we should be looking to leave behind us, not appease by pandering to the half a dozen complaints that might come through should they dare to show a perfectly valid expression of sexuality.

As I just seen their Eurovision performance I can safely say
they suck as performers and as as Lesbos I 've seen better even if they didn't get down and dirty
