The covers are discarded, for shipping volume & weight reasons - sorry.

Discarding originals a good plan for the reasons you cited: the plain ones shouldn't add more than 2% by weight/volume (calculated by my Acme Home Archimedes Kit.....now, does anyone know how to get water out of a videotape?).
Thankyou, Pushkin (and bgafd of course): I guessed correctly that moaning here would produce results faster than an appeal direct.
That will make your operation as nearly perfect as Kylie's bum. And that's a real compliment. And no scurrilous remarks about Botox, please.
